Unprofessional, unreliable and very poorly managed. Teachers are miserable and don't show up and are late very frequently. No interactions and activities are done with the children and most of the time they are just wandering around all day. We are doing everything we can to find our child an alternative care option. Just been and awful and stressful experience since our child started. Can't even rate them an average child care facility!

Very kind management and understanding workplace

Looking for a hub for disease and starvation , you found it!My 2 y/o son had his first 2 days at the daycare and he came back with RSV and influenza type A. He was neglected, starved and abused.While on his first day at the daycare we saw some kids wheezing, some with runny nose and one coughing vigorously. The daycare told us the kids were allowed to attend daycare if they do not have a fever, simply meaning they are free to infect other kids.The daycare never fed him during those 2 days and we noticed a bruise around his rectum.We have reported this incident to the city of Toronto infectious diseases, children’s aid society, and an investigation is ongoing. This daycare does not care about children, only for the money.

We have been chasing them for months to enroll our child. We sent in the required paperwork and provided a void check.No one responded and it took us weeks to finally get a hold of someone. They seem to avoid answering their calls. On the phone they verbally committed to a date and that our child would be enrolled. We asked when written confirmation would be provided and they assured us within a day. Weeks later still nothing. We called again and again and still no response.When we finally got a hold of someone they routed us to the director who finally gave us the news that they could not accommodate and now we are back to hunting for a daycare and have lost weeks of searching time.We are also not the only ones experiencing this. Other friends are dealing with simply smart and experiencing the same blatant disregard for standards and basic customer service (answering phones, returning calls on time, etc.)Frankly, after this, I'm not sure we should trust our children to folks that just won't even pick up a phone.

My 1.5 YO has been going here since September 2022. She loves it and is super happy. The centre did have a very bumpy start but since new management took over, it’s been WAY better. We’ve been very happy with all the educators though, who have all been top notch (perhaps we’ve been lucky but they all seem great!) the management at the start was not communicating well but new management has been much better. The only reason for 4 stars is the lack of stroller parking. This was a big reason we chose this place but then they got rid of it. Would love if they could even allow a spot to hang umbrella strollers! Thank you to all the educators who care for our baby. She has learned so much and is thriving!! Every day they do numeracy, language, art and science. Our kid shocked us by counting to 10 properly unprompted! She even starts singing songs we didn’t know she knew because she learned at school. Quality of education is awesome. Super happy with that part!!

Disappointing service even before the daycare start date. The daycare took a deposit and registration fees. They did not open on the promised date and we had to find another daycare. Said so, after a few followups the deposit was refunded but the registration fees were never refunded. Nor did the center respond on the request. I am still waiting on a resolution and these fees have been taken in an unfair manner.

It's been only a couple of weeks since we've had our daughter attend their facility but there have been a lot of disappointments already. Some of the educators are not passionate about their job and seem aggitated by the children. They haven't done any activities or spent any time outdoors for the past 2 weeks. No communication was possible through the app and their snacks and meals are low quality. Other parents that we talked to feel the same. Our expectations have definitely not been met and if no improvement is shown, we might consider terminating her enrollment
