Clean and organized. The staff are amazing and really care. They have adoptable pets most of the time. I have adopted one of my cats from them and they make sure everything is taken care of. Would definitely recommend this store.

This pet store is wonderful, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The extra benefits is the little kittens running around the store is great.The store is always clean and at least to me smells clean and not like a litter box, despite how many cats are in there.

Stopped by here for the first time a few weeks ago to purchase a new food for my dog. I wasn’t sure what to buy and the gentleman employee was so helpful - he explained the different types and suggested a good one for me to try. He also suggested a new shampoo for me to try as my dog has really curly hair and it is hard to maintain sometimes - this new shampoo works wonders!!! Her fur has never been so soft. Thank you!!!

This is the best store in Niagara region. ALL STAFF MEMBERS are amazingly friendly and helpful with everything. Now they opened the huge Dog wash as well which is great!! I really can't say a bad word about this store nor staff members. Jay love you guys! <3

The absolute best experience I have ever had in a Pet store. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I had tons of questions about switching to raw food for my dog and they went above and beyond to talk to me about pros and cons, what to expect, and what my options were. They even reminded me that currently they have free baths so I was able to give my girl a oatmeal bath. I will definitely be back and will be recommending them to everyone. (My girl wasn't too impressed with the shower as her allergies are flaring and she looks like a naked molerat)

Great store, not bad prices, they have the best most trusted pet food and supplies, their animals are healthy, we buy our gold fish here and dog food and toys

Basic pet store. They have some cats for adoption and a few small animals. Mostly food and toys but a good selection. Staff are friendly and easy parking

So we have been here a number of times lately as we got a new puppy. I have to say this store is amazing, and really it's because of the people that work there. I am always impressed when I get even good service, but this location is fantastic. Friendly knowledgeable staff that are always great to deal with. Our dog Maverick loves going there too...even if it's for a bath! Could be the treat after bit I think its cause he knows great service too. I will shop here over other pet store options anytime
