Run by a very well educated, honest and knowledgeable father and son team, this little store is my place to go for great deals on vacuum filters and bags. I have also purchased one vacuum at this store and thanks to their advice I ended up getting just what I needed for my place while saving some money. There are not many places like this anymore where honesty is the main drive of the business.

Very friendly owner, I just came in for a vacuum attachment this time and he spent a lot of time explaining and making I got one that fit (and gave me a free used bonus attachment I needed). I was shocked (and curious, in case I ever needed it), the customer in front of me was charged a VERY reasonable rate for his vacuum repair. If you have questions, you can call him, he's always answering his phone.If you do come see him for whatever reason, do try to bring your vacuum, he seems to prefer that.

Absolutely horrendous service! In response to a possible central vacuum clog, I was informed a technician would be by in 3 hours. No one came. I called back and the curt reply was he will be there sometime in the afternoon. Waited to 6 pm. No one called or came. Wasted the day! Called another company at 6 pm and they sent a technician immediately! As a result I can't and don't recommend this company!!

Hi is big Cheater, i take my center vacuum for service, mechanic was not overthere at that, other guy take 30$ deposited, 2 nd day he was call me your vacuum repair cost will be 250$ ,then i did call them i don't want repair, he not gived my money return, he is froud , i just aware people don't go over there thanks

I initially took my central vacuum, which stopped working to another place in Oakville. They looked at it and told me that they can fix it, but it will be quite pricey and it's better to get a new vacuum. My central vac is only four years old. I decided to take it for a second option to the Vacuum Repair Center. Right from the start, I received very good service. I was told that it is fixable and that a circuit board will need to be replaced. It took them one day and everything was completed at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs vacuum repairs.

I have been a regular customer of this repair center for over 25 years. I am always very satisfied with the quality of the annual service and find the price charged is always reasonable. Once my vacuum cleaner did not turn on so I promptly called the center. Someone came by within a short time and my problem was resolved. Consistent, quality, reliable service is the standard of this establishment based on my experience.
