With plenty of booths / tables available...I was taken to far end of restaurant..( near restrooms / service Nook) then given booth at front window (cold)...Salsa partial frozen had to be pounded out of bottled container ...One beef - one cheese Enchilada under stuffed..!! I thought I was getting two beef-cheese Enchiladas..Manager remade Enchiladas...Friendly staff.

We usually take out and it's always wonderful as well. This time we dined in. My brother was visiting from Chicago and even he loved the food (he's quite the skeptic). Our waiter was great, the atmosphere was great. We went later in the evening so good came faster then it usually does. The wait is usually the worst part, but they make up for it with delicious food! Always worth it!

It has been one year since we’ve been to El Toro and the food has changed. It is excellent. The service is excellent and they have clearly listened to their customer base. I would highly recommend this restaurant now.

Service and drinks were adequate. Myself and a friend had the combo dinners. Horrible! Anaemic beans, very little cheese in the sad, cardboard like enchilada, and zero flavour overall. Do not patronize if you want authentic Mexican food.

Amazing!!! Best Mexican food ever had! Combinations you would never think of made into incredible deliciousness!!! Nice big portions for a good price. Wish I lived closer, I would become a regular. DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP!

This place was great! Very clean from what I saw. The service for our group of 30 was fantastic! We'd reserved a table for 20 and they were fabulous at accommodating all that showed. The food was outstanding as well! I had asked all in our group if they were happy with food & services and everyone was! Will definitely go back.

Tip increase/Potential misunderstanding?Incredibly disappointed. The food was okay, pretty bland though. Lacked authentic flavor.They increased a $5 tip to a $45 tip despite writing the total down.Edit: Went in to get this corrected. I'd originally been frustrated because increasing a tip is theft. They paid the $40 back. I was told it was likely that it was assumed that the dollar sign I wrote was a four, and that I meant to add $45 as a tip to a $20 order. Overall frustrating, but I'm glad it was worked out. Staff working 4/7/23 were very respectful and helpful in the process.Second edit: The food was overall alright. It could have used more flavor. The salsa is fantastic and the portions were very filling. Even with the issue I had I'd probably still go back, but just pay with cash the next time.

I stopped in for an early lunch at 11:00 and I was the only one there the entire time. I sat at the bar and really enjoyed my experience. Great service and good food, what else could you ask for?
