This store is medium sized. The staff are ok. The prices are a little high for some items. Produce is very small and not a lot of selection. Fish area is small. But the fish is fresh and good prices. Good prices on cleaning products

Do not buy pizza here. Pizza was undercooked…. The lady who works here must be a novice. Half the pizza was dough and lacking toppings. We had to order elsewhere to feed the party. Quite upsetting, I’m weary of ordering here in the future:(

Store is great but have been 3 or 4 times lately in the morning. Not one cashier on. You have to use self checkout. Seen a few elderly people having a hard time.

Just an excellent Metro in the right location. Friendly and courteous staff, clean and well stocked. Free parking in a small but well located plaza. A few other essential retailers around, including a Shell gas station with a car wash. The bakery is worth taking a look at though the cakes are a little pricey. They also winter fireplace supplies and fire logs. The checkout is a bit cramped but manageable. Minor improvements can make this location a destination for shopping and a quick meal, they have the space for it but it is mostly used as employee lunch break lounge. A few tables and microwave ovens and they would have a customer lounge.

We had recently bought Turkey slices in the section next to the bread and baked goods section. It had expired 15 days ago and there were many of them like these just sitting there ready to be taken and purchased. I was experiencing food poisoning last night because of this. Additionally, the expiration date is nearly impossible to see. It’s in thin black writing on the see through part of the border of the packet. The staff there needs to really work on this issue.

I was in the store on Tuesday April 11th and found a bunch of chips/crackers that were out of date (see attached pictures). With the help of an employee, we took them off the shelf. The following week on April 18th, they were all back on the shelf. I took them off and brought them over to the c/s desk. The following week on April 25th they were all back on the shelf again. They are intentionally selling outdated product! Who's responsible at that store? It's disgusting!

I usually love Metro stores. At this one the produce section is extremely lacking. There are barely any options and also the produce looks old & withered. You’re better off going to a different Metro ( avoid Salem/Taunton)
