Terrible place to bring your vehicle it was in the shop for months and they damaged lots of parts other in what there supposed to be fixing so be aware stay away from this shop at all means if there was no star option that’s where it would be on. Regardless itemized or not it’s all talk no action from your company.

So I’ve had to bring two trucks here. The first one needs a new transmission. It was done in a timely fashion and runs like it’s brand new the second truck need a new engine the crew replace the engine in great time and it’s like driving a brand new truck it runs like a top, the team there is very knowledgable and I will 100% use them in the future for any other problems that may rise. They are also very reasonable price.

Called in on a Saturday to with some concerns on my transmission I was working on. Didn't realize I had called after hours but Dave picked up, talked talked through the issue I had and he walked me through the process and gave me time saving tips as well. It wasn't a short call and he was patient in dealing with me as this was my first transmission I've worked on.Car is back up and running smoothly, couldn't be happier!

They communicated clearly, prompt, and charged fair price. They replaced my radiator in my Toyota Sienna. I will go back!

So refreshing to find a service company that is knowledgeable, fair, and customer driven. I had a special problem with a very special car, a 1973 MGB that I had fully restored. Dave and his crew were quick to diagnose, quick to repair, and they treated my baby with utmost care.I would not hesitate to recommend these guys for clutch and transmission work!

Lost transmission on return to Alberta . Valley Powertrain was extremely accommadating in finding the problem and explaining it in lay man terms. The were able to get me into the shop unscheduled and they rebuilt transmission in the next day. Very professional service, and also picked up on a number of small issues other mechanics had missed.Also way over the top consideration by allowing me to park my RV on site until the job was done. In addition, they spent a lot of time, which is not normally done, explaining how this happened and how to prevent future problems. Excellent service.

Dave and Dan are so helpful and very nice to deal with. I was a bit nervous going to a new shop but I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely go back if I ever have any vehicle issues. Amazing service!

Let me preface by saying that I've got an oddball vehicle. A 1973 GMC motorhome. Even during it's heyday it was an oddball. Rare. Hard to find parts for.I had taken it to the GM dealership to get a brake job done when I originally bought it. Shortly after leaving the GM dealer the brakes seized and I had to get it towed back to the dealership.Fast forward several years and I take it in for service to another shop and they replace the carburetor, but it never really ran quite right afterwards. Sluggish.Needless to say, everyone was doing their best but nobody really knew how to service it.Finally I got a referral to Valley Powertrain by the shop who incorrectly installed my carburetor because they don't work on those old vehicles anymore" which is probably a wise decision for them. Well

Been dealing with Dave and Dan for almost two years and i can say that they are amazing at what they do. Well priced and no run arounds and charging you needlessly. Would recommend 100%. Thanks you two.
