I called this for my parents house as their kitchen sink hasn't been working for almost four days now.As I was told 9:30 on the phone I confused it with 9:15 Promptly gave them a call at 9:35 to just ensure everything was okay and sadly the man I spoke to on the phone being so dismissive and rude. As I was trying to ask a question he still continued to cut me off and not get a word in. All I was trying to ask an estimate on how long their driver would be as they're already ten minutes late as well as if their driver will contact us at least when they are close?Sadly it's 9:45 and they're still not here but thankfully another company is on the way to complete the job.I get we all aren't happy with our jobs, but if you work a customer service position learn to either fake being kind, or get a new job.Who ever is answering the phones you need to drop the attitudeUpdate now that we've hired a new company they're on their way almost 30 minutes late.

Went out of their way to recommend others when they weren't available for a last minute job, and were super helpful!
