Had a terrible experience here. People working here are extremely rude and unprofessional. They had misplaced the invitation cards I had paid for printing and then delayed the re-printing beyond the date of my daughter’s birthday.Above that, they didn’t even apologise and said they are doing me a favour by giving the reprints for free.

horrible passport photo place. the address on the back of the photo was smudged and we had traveled here especially to get passport renewal photos done. When I told them to do it again, they said it would be fine, but it got rejected instead

I really enjoyed the customer service at Print2Go. They were really friendly and respectful. They got all my work done in time and I am really happy with my product. I had found this place via Google. I actually had seen few bad reviews but my experience was completely different. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. And would only come back here for my printing needs.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been through 4 stores to print a business card for myself but they couldn’t do the format for me. With Print2Go, I just made a phone call this morning and Malav assist me just by sending my template through email and he did for me in no time. I just waited for a few minutes and I got my business card. Big thanks to Malav and to rest of the team! Keep it up! I highly recommend it as a business owner myself.

Hello everyone,I have been consistently coming to this business for printouts as I always support local small business but I have consistently observed their lack of communication skills with customers.Just humbly communicating a dis satisfied experience at Print2Go. I believe in genuine customer experience through professional communication which is a basic mannerism. It includes requesting the customer to reconfirm the picture clicked prior to having it sent through email and post editing it on the software.In short, the picture was not up to the requirements of the Canadian Immigration.Hence, we decided to visit another local small business “ Docuserve Etc “ which is right beside Print2Go. It turns out Print2Go is charging double for the same work.Docuserve Etc Is cheaper and I had a genuine customer service.Both businesses will keep on learning and growing as anything else in life.
