I would definitely use Landsby again! Our train ride across Canada and the Yukon package was fabulous - the trip of a lifetime. The knowledge and expertise that Aurelie shared with us was invaluable and she ensured that every detail was looked after.

Vanessa was so wonderful! The most stress-free way to book a vacation. Planning was a breeze thanks to her. Had an amazing trip exploring a new place and also had the best time travelling by train!

We dealt with Vanessa throughout planning, booking and during our holiday. She provided expert and helpful advice, a very friendly service and was always there for queries and questions. She helped us with organising hotels, a VIA Rail trip and transfers and even checked in with us throughout the holiday to make sure all was OK. Inn on the Lake, on Marsh Lake was exceptional. 7 staff keep the place humming. All are helpfull, caring, friendly. Carson greeted us at the airport and briefed us on many things while getting us to the lodge. (Even which washroom to use for quickest access, helpful! Lol).Lots of fun things to do, all equipment appeared functional and cared for. Even a hot tub that was accessible/warm 24/7!I had a maintenance issue in my room that was addressed and repaired within an hour of reporting!We went, in Jan, to chase Aurora and stayed 3 nights at the lodge. There were other guests there from Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, USA, Denmark, Canada/Vancouver, Calgary, Quebec, Australia. It was so much fun to explore other cultures and share the hunt for the perfect viewing experience.All staff were enthusiastic about sharing their thoughts on how and when to get the best viewing experience.Food here was excellent, being part of the draw.. the chef was friendly and worked to accommodate preferences while offering limited meal options at each meal. Always enough to eat.We plan to return and will be pleased to stay there again.Landsby, my tour Co., was excellent. Responsive, caring, accommodating, full of good suggestions. I will not hesitate to explore other tours with them.

What a great asset Vanessa O’Brien was to helping me plan my sleeper train dream trip on The Ocean! She was so patient & accommodating as we worked together to coordinate all of the specialized sleeper train adventure I wanted, combined with a return 3 day exploration stop in Québec City. The entire trip was everything I hoped for and more. I highly recommend Vanessa to anyone looking to travel on Via Rail!

We had an incredible trip, thanks to Vanessa O’Brien. We loved the Via Rail Canadian train from Toronto to Vancouver. We had 3 spectacular days in Jasper/Banff and then got on the next train. Vanessa has insider’s info on the train and helped us with all hotels. She was very kind and easy to work with and gave us many wonderful suggestions.

Was an AWESOME trip on the VIA Canadian from Toronto to Vancouver! Vanessa at Landsby was wonderful, putting in a great deal of time choreographing this great trip including a 4 day stopover in Jasper and Banff, with rental car and hotels, and then I picked up the next VIA Canadian for the final leg of the journey. I just had to follow the itinerary, step by step. A comfy bed and private views from my cabin-for-one, and always a seat in the dome car. Three filling chef prepared meals every day in the dining car. A great experience to watch Canada moving by while having a great meal ordered from the menu. Will definitely do this trip again!

We 1st contacted Landsby Travel regarding a Via Rail trip we were considering. I left a message indicating our interest and received a call from Vanessa O'Brien promptly. She spent 30 minutes on the phone with us sharing her knowledge of Via Rail and heightening our interest in this Journey.The 2nd time we contacted Vanessa at Landsby was in regards to a trip to Vancouver. She was totally accommodating in finding hotels and suggesting possible activities in the area. Her personal knowledge of the city including usage of public transportation really impressed us. There was an additional hitch thrown in when our Lynx Air flight return date was moved back 2 days. Vanessa was able to alter the accommodations and also suggested a 2 nights stay in Victoria, something we were interested in doing.We will definitely be in touch with Vanessa again for future travel.
