Its big alright. The biggest around. Thats about it. Now the assistant manager (a woman who whears a green veil). She treats the goods with an incredible ignorance. No wonder i had to exchange alot of products after noticing it was broken while waiting in line to pay it. The woman throws everything around; Soda bottles that will blow when you open it because of how she dont care about the buyer and the product, throws everything in a savage way. When you go to file a complaint about an employee, its complicated and if that employee hears about it she comes at you and starts intimidating her client. The dollarama is big alright but the goods are mostly broken and the employees are not meant to work with the public at all. They have no respect and no proffessionnalism. Thats why i couldnt give it 5 stars. Strange enough, it wouldve earned it. But the lack of concern of the employees makes this place a surprisingly bad place to buy. As i said earlier. Products are eiter broken or sodas will blast in your face. Lack of management is the cause. Don't buy virgin cds. They are broken because they throw them like basketballs.

Big store...Its not your regular sized Dollarama, with lots of goods and very efficient,helpful and friendly sales people and employees...I reccomend it for your shopping needs..

Good place you will find what you are looking for

As an indigenous person who has the legal right to use my status card within stores, I expect all cashiers to be respectful when I give my status card. This is the second interaction I have had with the same cashier at the Montreal North dollarama (located on fleury) where the cashier was disgustingly rude to me. After handing her my card, both times in French she went on to make nasty comments about my card. The latest interaction i had with her she said outloud in french ‘tabarnak not again’ and went on to complain to the cashier next to her that it was ‘another indian card’ and how annoyed she was. I no longer wish to use the dollarama that is next to my home, this attitude is not tolerable nor acceptable. I expect cashiers to act with professionalism and sensitivity, and should they not, I expect them to be trained to know better than to display blatant aggression infront of a paying customer.
