Part 3I am now at my SIXTH time having to come in, feeling frustrated, I just want a refund at this point, this situation is ridiculous. I am with two of my friends, Mr. Ben, the manager, greets us and ask us what he can help us with. I start explaining to him why I’m here and what’s my situation, I tell him that he gave me my phone back with no grate covering the speaker so the issue I am now experiencing might be because he didn’t make sure he gave me my phone back with all it’s pieces. He completely overlooked what I had just told him and started telling me that he’ll do another diagnosis for free but if it’s a camera issue he’ll have to charge me because a broken screen and a camera going black are not related in any sort. That’s when my friends got in the conversation and tried explaining further why these issues could be related (as I wrote before I know these two are not fundamentally related, but in my situation I think the chances are grand that it’s because of the missing grate, water could have gone into the hole and got into the camera, both are millimetres apart) all that explanation with no luck. I know I could have given him my phone for another diagnosis but after my 5th time coming back with more than 4 days of wait just to be back at square one I had no trust in them being able to fix my phone, I wanted my money back to use this money to go get my camera fixed with Apple (If I had known it was going to be this complicated just to get a crack off my screen I would have gone to Apple and payed a larger fee with no repercussions).We’re all going back and forth, he told us that he worked at Fido and someplace else and never had an issue with repairing a phone (like human error doesn’t exist), he told us that we were trying to tell HIM how repairing phones worked, he told us that I could ask him for whatever but when it comes to refunds the answer is no. He told us that we were cutting him off when he was talking (which I admit some of us did and I’m sorry for that, but the sole reason why we were was because he clearly didn’t want to put himself in my shoes and kept putting the blame on me telling me that the grate must have slipped off if I dropped it when I CLEARLY told him that he gave it to me without it). The conversation got pretty heated, even though he told us not to cut him off he did exactly the same to me when I tried speaking to him one on one, he kept answering my friend and not answering me when I was waving and calling him trying to get his attention and speak to him calmly... When I finally got everyone to stop speaking and got him to focus on me I asked him if he at least understood why I was frustrated and didn’t want to give my phone to him for a fourth time and just wanted my refund. He then started putting his hand in front of my face to cut me off, when my other friend told him not to do that he told us that we’re not gonna teach him how to speak to people and that he’ll speak to me however he pleases. Since he got disrespectful with me I no longer wanted to speak with him and asked him if I could speak with someone superior to him, he told me that he was the only superior (I later found Artist Phone’s customer service number). After I got fed up of going back and forth and not getting to the point so I asked him: “if I come back with a written note by Apple technicians that the camera issue could have been related to the grate missing will I get a refund?” He then answered “you’ll get whatever you want” “you’re acting as if it’s a bet”. I don’t know what’s the bet in wanting to get my refund because their company did not work to satisfy my needs and gave me back my phone even more broken than when it came in but I digress.As a manager I understand you have to enforce your policies and respect them but I think exceptions can be made depending on the situation. I’m fine with not getting my money back but the disrespect I endured was unacceptable! No client should be arguing with the manager like teenagers over a 160$ refund. Such an unfortunate situation.

Je voudrais dire combien que je suis satisfait du service reçu au bureau de Terrebonne. Le Manager est courtois et les employés sont respectueux.Ils sont de bons conseillers et ils recommandent ce qui est meilleur pour le client, avec un prix abordable, ils offrent un excellent service de reparation.

Horrible service, disrespectful manager, 0/10 do not recommend. (This complaint will be posted in 3 parts because it exceeds character limit)Part 1I first came in the store to get my Iphone Xs screen fixed, the manager Mr. Ben was really nice. He told me I had to come back the next day to be able to get my screen fixed because he needed to order the piece first since he had none in store. (I made sure I asked if the screens were certified by Apple to use, which he confirmed me yes, they were)I come back the second day, he took my phone in to repair it, told me that he’s trying out this new distributor and if anything was wrong I should give him a feedback. The repair took 30 minutes then I was back in my car. In the car I then realize that my screen was bugging and swiping left and right, up and down without me even touching it. I call back 30 minutes later to tell him about the issue he told me to come back again the next day so he had time to order a new piece.I come back the third day and give him my phone, 30 minutes later he comes back out and tells me that the issue is still occurring so he’ll have to take my phone in overnight to start a diagnosis and get to the root of the problem. He gives me a Samsung to use in the meanwhile and tells me that it should take 24 to 48 hours to get my phone back. Days pass and no call, no updates or anything. I call on my fourth day of waiting to figure out why it’s taking so long and a worker answers me and tells me that the repairer isn’t in today so he cannot help me further. On the fifth day of wait I call back and the manager answers to tell me that he had in fact called to tell me that my phone is ready to pick up. The Samsung he gave me in the meantime didn’t have charge anymore maybe that’s why I didn’t get the call but when I charged and opened it back up I didn’t see any missed calls or unheard voicemails but granted, it could’ve been my fault.Now I’m at my fourth time coming back, I come in, ask him what the issue was and he just gives me a brief answer telling me that it was “just the screen”. I come back home with my screen working as new, but I realize that the little grate covering the ear speaker (the one you put to your ear when you use the phone) was missing. Didn’t think anything of it until a couple days later when my front camera goes completely black. At first I didn’t think the issue could be related because I was doing research on these types of problems and people said that it sometime has to do with software issues or update issues. I called Apple customer service and had a lengthy conversation where we tried to reboot my phone, update softwares, remove the software and put it back, all that with no luck. The agent finally tells me that if everything we tried didn’t work the issue is most likely a hardware issue. I know that a broken screen and a broken camera are two different things but what are the odds that right after I get my phone back with no grate I am now having camera issues (the grate is placed right next the camera).
