I have used Kaycan and mitten products over the years as a contractor, but I was VERY disappointed with last batch of the Cyprus green; faded terribly after 18 months; worse though is the red tape for trying to get warranty from the outlet in Fredericton.

We purchased our vinyl siding, rigid foam insulation and fasteners from Mitten. The price came in below the local hardware stores, and due to our proximity, they delivered when the product came in. We opted for the Sentry" grade of vinyl siding

November 20... Still love my new 'yellow' siding and purple shutter... and they are very nice on the phone... but still waiting for my new front door window to be installed...since JULY!

Purchased siding through a contractor less than 2 years ago , have a problem with fading ......warranty process is extremely weak and seems designed to persuade people to not follow through due to all the onus being on the homeowner to prove there's a problem.......instead they should have a representative available to view problems with their product......Regret buying their product.

Really great company friendly employees and management, they tend to be a bit disconnected with what's available in the city from competitors and pricing... For example they didn't know the hardware stores/home centers sold 10' lengths of gutter they assumed it was only available seamless in custom lengths. Overall I would recommend them.
