we lease a truck from this location and have to visit here atleast twice a week for diesel. A simple visit for getting the diesel at this location always takes more then half an hour. i keep on ringing the bells and nobody shows up as they don't care about it, even now m sitting here from last 20 minutes waiting. i always try to go to other locations as these guys are very best at wasting customers time. That's not a 1 star, it's 0!

0 stars if possible, the service dept was super rude, specially the receptionist Hori. Their rental trucks light was falling, i took in, instead of taking a look at the thing, he and the other staff kept on abusing each other. There was a lack of etiquettes in the employees, and these people need to learn how to BEHAVE in front of the customers

5 PM on a Thursday before a long weekend and Thomas and the evening crew were able to change my alternator and make sure i was good to go that same night. Gave me peace of mind at the end of a stressful day.
