*EDIT* I went back due to the response to my review. I want to thank Management and staff for taking feedback and making it right. Ive had my phone and screen fixed by the same staff that I had issues with and they were EXCLELLENT. I've updated my review and given it the full stars as the staff have consistently been excellent since (I break my phone a ton).Usually come here and have a great experience, I regularly crack my screen protector so every few months I repace it here. Came today and continuously had the sales person talk over me or take my phone without waiting for permission. Literally taking it out of my hands. Then proceeded to wait at the till while they spoke about my phone in front of me in a completely different language so I had no idea what was being said. I'll probably be going elsewhere in the future.

Great service. I was here to buy a phone, they had a good selection of phones & best prices in Mall i end up buying LG Velvet 5G. Staff working were very helpful and friendly and explained me all the features of the phone & also gave a free Screen Protector. Thank you.

I was here today to fix my phone. My phone was not responding to touch, tried multiple screens at different repair places to get it fixed but in vain..visited this place today, the technician working here said he will try his best to fix it.. and after his two attempts to my surprise he was actually able to fix the issue.. I definitely recommend this place.. and they also offered me a free screen protector.. their service was affordable, friendly and best.. Thank you for helping me out..

I brought two iPhone 6+ into Mobile Care at Kingsway for them to replace the battery in one of them and they claimed they could not provide a warranty because of water damage. What they meant to say was the real problem was with my ICU and their senior technician who does more than screen and battery replacements is on holidays for a couple months. They also offered an additional diagnostic of the phone which was in their possession for a couple hours yesterday. I wonder if their senior most technician will be on video call this time. This is clearly practice they proudly condone, yet they refuse to let this post stay up on their page.

I came in to get my charging port cleaned, I was a little hesitant to get my phone repaired here as they charge more than I've been charged in the past for the service but it was well worth it! The two gentlemen were very helpful and the service was performed far better than I expected and with a fantastic attention to detail. I ended up buying a power bank as well and they offered to discount my service because of it!Edit: I looked at the receipt and they also offered me a discount on the power bank 10\10 will recommend!

I had my mother to bring my phone in here now I think there a virus on my phone nun of my apps are working and the phone is really slow now and it wasn't like that before I got my screen fixed.

I just wanted to get a quote for 2 cracked screens. They were very quick to ask what I was looking for and had a quote for both very quickly. I haven't gotten around to other repair shops to compare but I will update if I do. I'm considering doing the screen replacement myself

Tonight I took in my phone with a severely broken screen. They replaced my screen and suggested a new heavy-duty case and screen protector all in under one hour. They were so friendly and an immediate greeting when entering the store. Took great care of me and will be going back again for any future phone issues.

Got the guy to repair my broken screen. The services was fast but Ive noticed the screen installed is harder to text with and it is a lot brighter than the factory screen. I kind of do not like how bright it has become which is why I have rated it 4 stars instead of 5.Edit: down to 3 stars... I found a hair trapped between my new phone screen and the base of the phone... thats kind of disgusting and it makes me wonder about any hair trapped inside now.I havent removed it just in case they want me to come in and proove it. Lol.
