An absolute gem. EVERYthing I try from here is my new favourite item. The pies and pastries are unbelievably good. Bread and scones are incredible. Even the coffee is top notch. 10/10

Outside of Scotland in the UK if you're in Cambridge you must stop by this place. You will find Scottish charm and great staff, and good selection of Scottish cuisine and beverages.

An absolute must try! I have tried scottish baked goods from all over the tri-cities and Rising Dough is by far the best. Everything from the scotch pies and sausage rolls to the various desserts are amazing. I'm especially a fan of the fern tarts!
