I was seriously considering purchasing my first home and wanted to have a verbal home inspection before buying. My Realtor Recommend Richard from B&R Home Inspections. He arrived early and had already looked over the outside of the home and other similar homes in the area before the appointment. We went through the entire house top through bottom and I was able to ask questions throughout the process. The house was in good shape but I did not end up purchasing it. He also provided paperwork going over everything I should do on move in day and the following months to keep the house in good shape. Very satisfied with the service from B&R home inspections. Will be booking another appointment with Richard for the next home I consider purchasing.

I would totally give 10 stars without a doubt!Richard went through a verbal inspection with us and it was done very thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. From outside the house to the inside, he carefully examined all the different parts and explained it to us in a very detailed way. He told us major/minor issues that he sees, any repairs that need to be taken care of and which ones to be dealt later. We were very happy with his honesty and service! Thank you Richard for helping us make an informed decision. We highly recommend him for any home inspections needed!

I recently began looking at houses and Richard was recommended to me for an inspection by my realtor. When I arrived at the house, Richard was already there and had already found something things to point out. Richard was very good at explaining things, and as someone that doesn’t know a lot about this, that was very much appreciated and helpful! I would definitely choose Richard again for another inspection if needed, the price charged for the value provided was absolutely worth it.
