I was confused at check-out and the cashier yelled at me and blamed me for the long line she had. I asked her to stop yelling at me, said I just needed her help, and she said I “make her dizzy” and I “don’t understand anything”… no de-escalation whatsoever even though I said multiple times that she doesn’t need to yell. Wouldn’t give me her name… Thanks to the nice lady behind me who was comforting me and trying to back me up. I ended up speaking to a manager about it and they were so dismissive of it. Highly recommend self check-out!

Extremely disappointing customer service. We needed passport photos taken, went in and was told the photographer had left for the day"(around 5:15pm)... to come back the next day before noon coz the photographer would leave at noon (odd coz the store opens at 10am) So I called the next day before going in (lady refused to provide a name)and was told to come in "anytime before 4pm". So accordingly went in before 3pm... was informed photographer had left at 2pm.. come back tomorrow. Is this ajoke!?!?!? How does this branch even function?? A total lack of empathy and complete disregard for the time and efforts of customers... so disappointed in this branch .. will take all of my business elsewhere. Would advise you to do the same."

I finally ordered JUNIOR MINTS with Door Dash. The delivery person went to the Shoppers on Bayview and brought me 6 boxes. I got very tired of always going to this Shoppers to see that there isn't any JUNIOR MINTS on the shelf, over and over and over and over again. Please stock up on JUNIOR MINTS and put them on the shelves for customers to buy. The store will make more money. What other products are not being stocked on the shelves, at this store?

My husband and I went there to take a photo for our PR card and I can only tell you that the lady hates her job. I asked her: “How do I look?” She replied “Seems ok ” with an attitude, although I noticed a dark shade on my forehead because of some Topic malfunction which could be easily removed if I was told. She simply doesn’t pay attention to details maybe because she doesn’t like her job.

The worst client service I’ve experience in many years! The merchandiser/employee name Alexis was so rude to my senior mother when we had an issue. No consideration when speaking to customers. I will never go back to that location.

Very happy with the post-office at this location, especially with the post office manager, Sonia, as she is very knowledgeable and friendly. She goes out of her way to answer my questions thoroughly and help me to choose the right options for me. I appreciate the service and will come back to this post office again!

The worst service ever! I was waiting in line to pay for 5-7min by the time it was my turn the sales person Aaron was very rude asking me: are you paying cash or credit card? I replied credit card, he replied to me so go and pay at self checkout my manager doesn’t like when the people pay by credit card at the pos. After waiting for 5-7min I was not happy to hear that at all that he wouldn’t cash me out. I replied to him in retail the customer is number one priority and the customer can choose how to pay! At the end he cashed me out, without even saying one word, not even the amount of my purchase! The only thing that he said, well now because of you my manager will scream at me. I would never go to that store again, the worst experience ever at the Hillcrest mall!

if no one has given barb the praise and credit she deserves i’m privileged to be the first, her dedication to service no matter the circumstance is so admirable and very much appreciated. i have also had the pleasure of being helped by many different post office associates at this location all of whom have been above and beyond.

Very rude staff. Specially, there is a girl working there who has half green hair, half black. This is not how customers should be treated.

I visited this place to send a letter at the post department. There was a little line there and security oversaw all of us to keep the distance. Inspire of that I understand that it’s Pandemic, that was creepy a bit...I hate shopping during COVID-19. I feel like someone is watching me all the time.
