Totally unprofessional and unresponsive. Took your case and lawyer fee but then went on leave and never provided you a specific timeline or a specific update, in spite of the fact that the case is time-sensitive. They stalled your case even though the clients needed a timely solution. Such practices are totally driven by greed rather than professionalism in serving/supporting clients.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!I have had the worst experience at Henderson & Lee Law.Their lawyers made many stupid mistakes, like spelling our names wrong, writing down wrong shares on the agreement, etc.They also charge a relatively high price. That’s ok but they tried to make everything more complicated to charge us more.On the top of that, they changed our lawyer without a notice in advance. Our case was transferred when the new lawyer basically didn’t know anything about it. WE had to take our time to explain what happened to her again.Really disappointed!Don’t walk away, run!

I worked with Eric Chow. This lawyer is very well informed. He will work with you in the sense that he will be on the same page with you. More importantly he will not take any steps unless with the client's consent. This is a very important point for me.He was professional respectful and genuinely looking out for my best interest. He is also proactive in looking for alternative solutions for you. I never felt he was money hungry like some lawyers are. He would provide his services and requests payment for them. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience on my legal consulting appointment with Eric Chow this afternoon. Although I've already introduced my situation in the email before the appointment but the issues I concern was not be answered, and the attitude was rude. First consulting appointment is help me to decide use which lawyer, Erich Chow for sure not.

We did our marriage agreement with Steven here. The whole experience was nice and helpful. Steven walked us through the process and answered a lot of our questions and concerns patiently. The document was drafted soon after the first meeting. We tried to communicate our timeline and expectations. Things were handled professionally and in a timely manner. :)

Very bad service. Not professional at all. They took the case and without really helping the clients, just took the fees. The balance fee, after their unfruitful service, was returned 2 months late after they failed the case.
