Britannia Food Equipment Ltd.

First time I dealt with Brittania Food Equipment, Neil one of the person that I talk to arrange everything and told me the delivery time will be between 3-5pm on Monday. Then they showed up at our Diner at 1pm ... just left the cooler at the front of the Diner ( It's not a small cooler) it was left right on the walkway. I called Neil , told him that we're expecting the delivery time frame between 3-5 that the cooler was just left at the front of the Diner and he start arguing with me that he told me that it's at 1pm . Instead of saying I'm sorry that we have a misunderstanding and he continue to argue with me and very unprofessional . We have two restaurant and for sure I will not deal with them anymore. I will not recommend this place.

Brittania Food Equipment had everything for our Restaurant. Aside from having what I needed, they gave me some great ideas on how I can strategically place the different equipment to maximize space and look more appealing to customers. Easy to get too (lots of locations), friendly and knowledgeable staff, and great prices.I will definitely refer these guys.

Poor experience...
