Cab driver was nice but the lady at dispatch was rude and disrespectful but at least a cab driver came kinda happy I’m only in town visiting for the day Happy Easter everyone

Totally unreliable company and bad customer service. Booked a taxi well in advance from the Gran Terminal to the aitport shuttle and they cancelled without notice and refused to pick me up after already confirming. Saved by a local that took me to town so I didn't miss my flight.

Same as other people have mentioned. Driver was polite but the dispatcher was extremely rude and hangup on me on the middle of a call, on purpose!. Very unfortunate

Normally have had really nice drivers. The lady on the phone is very rude and unhelpful. Asked for a debit cab was told none were on and had to walk to get cash out before calling back or would get charged more for driver waiting while I got out cash. Driver I had smoked in his car to the point when I had opened the door to get in the smoke burned my eyes... I have asthma and had to have the window down the entire trip so I could breath.

The drivers were just fine and rates reasonable. The woman answering the phone seemed a little nutty and kind of rude though. The website advised to call the day before to book a taxi for an early train the next morning but she said that was wrong and to call the next morning. The taxi was 20 minutes late getting there which proved to be a nail biter.

I feel terrible for a poor review, ad the drivers are all very kind!However the dispatch lady is an absolute nightmare.She is very abrupt, rude and will hang up on you. She has zero patience, no customer service and just miserable to talk to.Once again, I feel sorry for the drivers are they are really kind once the pick you up! (If they do as the dispatch witch might not actually send them)

Taxis are usually dirty and unkempt. Only take cash. Even after clear instructions to how to get to my pickup location, I ended up waiting 40 minutes for two taxis. After 30 minutes I called them and they told me I missed it even though I was waiting outside the whole time. They sent another one. 10 minutes later I called to cancel and they told me that again, I missed my taxi.

They were relatively quick to pick me up and got me to my destination in good time. For a first time traveler it was a good experience. I'll definatly use this service again soon.

Drivers were good. Dispatch lady is miserable and bad at her job. Very rude.Cash only is kinda silly and could be warned beforehand at least.
