I've had a great a experience dealing with the agents and staff. They are all very friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail so I understood what my policies covered.

Akal Insurance gave me the worst possible brokerage services I have ever experienced, I will not be renewing under this brokerage. Please see the details below and judge for yourselves:After having moved from Brampton to Ancaster to combat the unbelievable auto insurance rates, I provided them with the address change and requested a quote for the updated policy. Having told me that it would take a week or two, they made me wait for a whole month and a half before I got in touch with them again to find out that I am now paying an additional 20 dollars each month for the rest of the term. When I asked them how this was possible, they stated that the provider's rates had gone up. When I asked them how much it would have been had I stayed in Brampton, they stated that it would have been an extra $200 more per month, or an extra $2400 on the total policy amount. When I expressed my shock and disappointment, they told me that they would provide a quote for another provider after a week. When I then told her that I was not renewing, she calls me 10 minutes later and provides me with a quote, right over the phone, and asks prying information about my occupation and company, due to wanting to find the best price for me. Extremely unprofessional!I have never been scammed my entire life, this is my first, and I now know how this truly feels like. Please do not trust this brokerage, they are looking for any reason to take your money.

I called them for auto insurance but the lady who answered the phone seemed to have a very bad attitude. She was trying to argue with me on small things instead of giving me an insurance quote. I said to her that I don't want to get insurance from you and terminated the call.

I talked to Sara Dhaliwal over phone for my Auto + home quote. She worked closely with me, did necessary follow ups and answered all my questions. I felt Sara as knowledgeable and a person who do not rush.My quote was expensive and didn't work out with them, however she didn't stop herself to spent time with me to answer all my queries and advised me how to look forward for a cheaper insurance quote for next year.I only got to spend limited time with them, and that too over phone, but I do recommend Akal Brampton because of their willingness to help.

I called them for getting my business insured. The lady who picked up the call(Saranjit/ Sara Dhaliwal) was very abrupt from the get go. She argued with me over senseless stuff while giving me quote. Total nightmare as she has zero customer service skills and arrogant attitude. Not going to give my business here!
