tonight I tried to order a coffee and some timbits but the young fellow looked at me like I was speaking jibberish lol. so I repeated my order, and again nothing - He was shell shocked.. The other worker seemed just as distraught and confused with me lol. So I just walked away flabbergasted with nothing as I didn't want to hold up the line. Bizzare interaction lolUpdate 1 star. went through the drive thru on a bike. lady ignored me so i knocked on the window, said she couldnt serve bikes. I asked what if I was a motorcyclist? She said 1 sec ... 10 minutes later, wouldnt even reassure me, just ignored me. The whole staff is rude, ignorant, they dont even know what a timbit is.Went to A&W and they gave me a free coffee for having to wait a few minutes. Oh and crazy people muttering threats outside the building.Overall great vibe, wouldnt go there again.

Sunday afternoon April 2/2023. The lady working drive through is rude and doesn’t even look at costumer when handing coffee. Spilled on my hand. Didn’t even bother her.

Asked for prices on the take home coffee that you can buy in store and the lady shook her head no.Ordered 2 subs and got the wrong ones, she refused to remake them. What a waste of money.

Always always check for offers on the app! Good selection of breakfast, lunch menu. Muffins to bagels, wraps to sandwiches. Not a coffee drinker so can't comment on it but like their Ice Capp, refresher drinks, hot tea, london fogs.

This is my second time coming to get the French vanilla coffee and again this time it tastes like dishwater! Thinking health and safety should be getting a call for the poor food and drink service. Will not be coming to this store anymore. I want a refund and for my wasted time coming to this location!

Every time I come here they miscount the timbits. It’s always either 19,18 or even 16. What is going on? Are they intentionally miscounting because they think I won’t notice? Literally every time it has been wrong. Very suspicious.
