My experience was very pleasant. I’m a older person and technically is sometimes difficult for me. Rhys was my salesman and he was very patient with me and explained everything in detail. He was also very helpful in transferring everything from one phone to another. He also didn’t mind when we need things repeated. Rhys is just the nicest and most helpful young man. Keep up the good work Rhys.

Last month I did hard ware upgrade under EPP program and after few days of upgrade I changed my cell phone again which was complicated because my account was not updated it took Ryes 1.30 hour to figured it out.Ryes has excellent customer service skill with patience I wish him good luck in future.
