Came here to get a new health card. Called ahead of time and spoke with the old lady about what documents to bring. When I show up she tells me she doesn't know how to process new health cards, she thought I meant I was renewing. When I questioned why she didn't know how to do her job, I got yelled at and told to leave as it is private property. Private Service Ontario offices cannot renew health cards. She knows I came there for a health card and she knows she doesn't renew health cards, so why didn't she just say that over the phone? Complete waste of time and the lady was strangely curious about where I immigrated from. I guess I wasn't white enough for her.

Colleen was so lovely! She helped my husband and I change our addresses on our licenses and health cards, and she was very kind and thorough. Not sure what’s up with the bad reviews - is there another person who works here? Amazing service compared to the rude service we used to receive in Southern Ontario.

Fast and friendly service.

The lady was confused, slow, rude, and I'm white. Totally incompetent. And I'm allergic to cats. Is it a government service or a cat shelter? Worth the drive to Espanola.

She's pretty rude to native people. i'm not the only one who noticed it either. if you can go to another service ontario please do!
