Amazing team, amazing location, great prices and the service is excellent. I got a new deck, my first time getting a skateboard & the employee was super helpful and nice!Update: Even if you're just going in to look at the new stuff, you should definitely grab a coffee. Love this place & the staff!

I love this shop and the guys who run it. The staff are always super helpful, friendly and most importantly, kind to my kiddo. They also have an amazing backyard venue for events - which I've had great experience using. The best skate shop in Ottawa. ♥️♥️♥️

What a great shop, and a great addition to Centretown. They've been heavily involved in community projects for the past 5+ years, so supporting them and supporting local pays itself back. Great place for clothing & shoes or just stopping in for a coffee.

Was looking for a quick cup of coffee and was delighted to find out that Birling offered a great americano at a reasonable price. Very friendly service and thoughtful store layout. Ask Kyle about his latte art!

Birling is honestly not only my favourite skateboard shop I’ve ever been in, it’s also my favourite shop in Ottawa. Hard stop.I came into the shop before work one day, after not owning a skateboard for 13 years. They were incredibly helpful, and worked through every different type of bird, trucks, and wheels with me, to make sure I got a good fit. They didn’t try to up sell me or anything - just focused on what I need.The shop itself is wonderful - great atmosphere, nice clothes, shoes, accessories, the staff has all been wonderful, and the coffee is phenomenal.After about a week on the board, it feels great. Kyle definitely hooked me up right. Will be back here for all my skateboarding needs, as well as the coffee.

Birling is the best skate shop in Ottawa! Super friendly staff and big variety of products. Their merch is also super cool and they even make coffee and drinks in house. Definitely trust them with your setup

Great selection of products at affordable prices ,and a nice easy to use website!Also awesome customer service from the owner Kyle ,as he replied to my questions VIA email almost immediately.Definitely gonna visit the shop in person this summer.
