Appreciated the in depth customer service when it came to getting fitted. Good quality. Had two wildly different experiences here- the most recent one was very friendly and helpful. My first experience was informative but not at all friendly. Glad to see it's improved.

Mary made the impossible POSSIBLE! I came in today for a strapless bra to hold up my DDD’s for my wedding dress. She new immediately what I needed & understood the look I wanted to achieve. Mary brought me the 6 way Red Carpet bra and OH MY GOODNESS. No time wasted here ladies! Measured, fitted & purchased in under 30 mins. Unbelievable product & outstanding service as always. My daughter and I visited Mary's On Wellington for the first time and were very impressed by the customer service. The owner made us feel heard and helped us find the correct bra for my large cheated daughter. She just gained 2 new repeat customers. So happy with our experience.

I went in to Mary's the other day, without a clue on where to start. She did a fitting right away and within half an hour this lady was walking out with a big smile. I am still smiling!
