I completely agree with all the other bad reviews. The ladies in cosmetics are super unfriendly and are very weird with their return policies. You're actually meant to feel like you're asking too much of them or you're doing something wrong.I purchased a lipstick that was rancid less then 24 hours ago at a different shoppers. This location was closest to my house so I called in advance to make sure they'd accept the return. The cosmetic manager said she wouldn't take a return because it was on clearance.... Literally no one told me this whole buying it and I went through self checkout.This lipstick is completely unwearable, it smells like rancid oil and is the texture of tar (which I let her know) and she told me with a smile through the phone sorry

I purchased a fairly expensive perfume, and as it gave me a migraine and a bit of mild nausea after three attempts of wearing it I wanted to return it. I was told they don't accept returns on perfume, which I found odd because the lady that rang me through initially was lovely however she didn't mention it would be a final sale. The receipt (which had only the perfume listed) said I had 30 days for return, and when I checked the website it does not list perfume as an exemption. I phoned the actual companies customer care as well and they said I should be able to return it. In the end I was able to return it but the manager was not so friendly about it and told me I was lucky they were even doing it. I told her in the future there should be atleast verbal disclaimers about final sales on expensive products... be wary of making large purchases here because I will not be in the future.

Nice clean store, friendly staff. Sadly food selection was very small for such a big store.

The WORST experience I ever had as a customer. I bough two PS3 controller 3 days ago because I thought my were not working, opened them to test and sorted out that my was working. I came to this store to return them. Dealt with three impolite employees, including Tommy, the manager. They even listen me abou my problem. They didn’t return my money. CAD170.00. Said it’s my problem. NOBODY told me when I was buying that those were final sale, otherwise I wouldn’t buy them here. The WORST store around. Be careful!!

I go here often, staff are always friendly and helpful. A few weeks ago I had an issue with something I purchased and the cashier (I can't remember her name, Pauline possibly?) needed to call the manager to help sort it out. The cashier advocated for me and the manager ended up going well beyond his duties to help me, I was really impressed and appreciative with the level of customer service. Went way beyond my expectations!

Worst customer experience in my life!! If you gonna have more then one website for your business, make sure your staff let customers know instead of having them on the run around. Your staff are extremely rude!. Will never return for any pharmacy needs!!

This lady accused us of stealing products, and started yelling at us and kicking us out of the store for no reason when you’re trying to buy something and trying to look for something she was just accusing us. Terrible store not worth your money.

I mostly come here to refill my prescription. I find generally pickups are painless. Reason for 2 stars is pharmacist's attitude. Every time they get refill from my doc's office (which is every 3 months), I get a call where some know-it-all pharmacist (usually a guy) starts to question me about my meds, then deciding on when it should be refilled and encouraging to not refill the full prescription at once. I think after this last time I will be sending my prescription somewhere else. There are at least 3 other pharmacies nearby that can do it. I don't need some random person making me feel like cr@p about meds I take.
