Parking is disproportionate, only once window is in use therefore the wait is quite long, there is not much of a rest area but in the park in front and the service is disorganised, but it's still a classic that needs to be experienced once. They also have Orange Julep which is great

Good location, right across from a nice park. Employees where helpful. They even had chocolate soft serve, something not all locations serve.

I've had an ice cream there before, no complaints that time, but this time the wafer part of my ice cream sandwich tasted freezer-burned. My husband enjoyed his cherry milkshake (except for the bits of seeds), and my 19-month-old didn't complain about her vanilla ice cream (lol).

We went here a few evenings ago and the kid working there told us he was going on his break but didn’t say for how long. His friend waiting for him outside also told us he was going on his break as if to tell us to leave. No one else was there working with him. Service is usually good here which is why I’m giving 3 stars. Might be a good idea to get some new employees or to shorten the opening hours if no one is there to work.

It's a classic option. Been here multiple times and the servers are always very sweet and polite.
