Most importantly, my puppy loves to visit this store and staff. The staff is always extremely helpful and welcoming.When we first picked up Hana we needed a harness. Not knowing what to get and how to properly fit it. The staff at Pet Valu recommended the right harness and made sure that it was adjusted to best fit Hana.Since then we visit Pet Valu several times a month. Sometimes just to purchase some treats. Hana gets excited coming here.They have a good selection of products and foods. Have recommended different brands to me when I’ve felt a need to switch things up.Thanks Pet Valu

This is the best pet store! The staff are so kind, friendly and knowledgeable both in person and over the phone. They're always willing to help and give advice on anything from food to puppy boots recommendations. Plus, their prices are great. Nothing but positive things to say about this location!

My pet got a couple items for a gift. Clearly unused and all original packaging but no receipt. I wasn’t asking for a return, only store credit. .. No way. I called another Pet-Value up the road.. “no problem at all. Bring it in”. I certainly won’t go back and I asked my grifters to not purchase there either.

Garbage location. The other pickering location is far better and the staff are much friendlier at that one.Had a manufacturer coupon for a free bag of dog food from Zignature. The (who I assume was just an all around angry owner) told me they won't take the coupon and that she was calling the other stores to warn them about this fake zignature coupon".Definitely won't be shopping at this location again.I went to the other location

I came here it's close to my haircut salon. This place is huge, super organized.They have a huge fridge for your fresh pet food.Probably one of top pet values slightly outta the gta.

Phenomenal staff! Extremely friendly and helpful. Received less than satisfactory at Pickering Parkway location, and will only use this location from now on for all my pet needs. Thank you to all the women who helped find my little pup the perfect harness.
