Very open, easily accessible, great people they keep the drive clear. Slab floor is higher than door less likely to get water inside of units.

Prices keep going up. Don't say it's inflation because there is nothing in a storage unit that cost would raise for. Property taxes may go up however with the prices of the units that should cover it. However the owners are very nice

The owners are more than willing to go the extra mile to help you out. The facility has very easy access and the units are in top shape. The price is great, the units great, the owners/management are great. If you need storage and they have an open unit, don't hesitate.
