The obsession with product weight and meticulousness of that aspect was too apparent. A customer came in to complain about a switch they had done for extra salad instead of a potato and we watched in awe as they woukd not give this guy an extra scoop of salad. It was pretty unreal. Money is their bottom line and the prices are too high for the quality and atmosphere and OCD amounts. Wont be back.

Disappointing services, went OPA at the Grasslands for lunch time, ordered Pitta Wrap with extra Tzatziki sous on the side, by the time I got my order the service woman did not provide me with extra sous telling me that she put it already on my pita. When I told her that I have ordered it on the side, she said that the sous on the side cost more than I paid for and it only for meals. Also, she said that she put my extra sous for my pita wrap already .Such a big deal to give a costumer an extra sous especially if it your mistake when you take a wrong order?!

Worst experience ever at an OPA! Half the amount of calamari we get from other locations and extremely undercooked, smallest portion sizes ever for OPA! platter, and the cheese on the pita was definitely gone bad….. extremely disappointed.

i ordered 2 wraps with fries....wraps were smelling so bad. i think it was feta cheese smelling bad....never had bad experience before.....but they should really check their stuff out if its turning bad...cuz customer is paying money for their food...we r not getting it for free... totally waste of money.

Says open till 9:00. Closed early once again. Knock on door and guy just shrugs. Won’t be coming back as it’s happened several times now.

Good vibe and service. The food was okay, but not amazing. The flavors were relatively flat/ not as complex as I would have hoped for Greek food, but it is a fast-casual restaurant and maybe I expected too much.

As soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted by a staff member. The staff are very welcoming and are time efficient in filling orders. I ended up dining in and loved every second of it.

Had the Opa platter and must admit to being slightly disappointed. Granted, it was after 7pm in the evening. The chicken was tired and dry and uninspiring. The pita was kinda stale. The rice was good, albeit cool. I was hesitant to even try the potato, but i did. It was fine, not spectacular. This meal was a nice break from the usual fast food fare. But i was left feeling like i was almost paying sit down restaurant prices for fast food quality food. Perhaps the food is better during lunch and dinner hour but I'll never experience that.
