Got my first toy here today, turns out its not even body safe, wasn't even told by the staff after I had picked it out

Great place get what you need and the staff have been super friendly.

Dont go there unless you know what is good for you and what isn't.They will sell you toys that are not safe to use. They don't tell the customer. Not to mention the amount of money they want... like what!? Don't waste your money.

The staff was lovely. Unfortunately I bought a product. Was not told it was magnetic charging (my bad, I'm not up to date with this stuff) Went online to figure out how to charge it only to find that the product I bought for $64.99 was being sold from the manufacturer for $14.95 The ladies in there were very helpful otherwise.

This store has a great selection of products. Unfortunately I was never told that all sales are final while shopping, didn't see any signs, and was never told when purchasing my items. I bought something to compare to what I had at home to make sure it was a softer silicone than some of my other stiffer toys. I never opened the vacuumed package the items came sealed in, just the box just like in store when staff showed me. Upon comparing them to my other toys they were just as stiff, so I went to return next day and was told it's a health hazard everything is a final sale" which I understand to an extent but my item was in the original vacuum sealed bag it came in with original reciept and they denied a return. It should be made clear that all items are a final sale even if not opened or used.Their store also claims they're an "affordable adventure" store but they have some of the highest prices I've seen yet in an adult store."

I don't know what half of these are reviews are talking about because I had a very good experience, the staff (shoutout Sarah!!) is so helpful and informed and nice and welcoming, the store is very well laid out and has a good atmosphere, the prices are completely reasonable for in-store purchases (obviously people who only buy things on Amazon for 3 bucks are gonna complain, but they wouldn't know what a quality product is if it hit them in the face) and there's a large variety! I'll definitely be coming back again :)

Extremely high prices! Three times what you can buy online from manufacturer (or now that im researching more, lots of other canadian stores). Save your coin, go elsewhere

Good store, but odd hours and the prices a bit high.

Had a great experience! They ID'd me as they should,, they've got reasonable prices with the recent sale going on, and were overall friendly! Definitely recommended! They also called me by my preferred name which is small, but it means alot to me! -Ezekiel
