I have been going to Langley Massage Therapy since they opened and have never been disappointed. The clinic is super clean and professional. They follow strict Covid protocals allowing me to feel safe to continue my visits through the pandemic. I highly recommend them but book in advance because they are really busy.

I booked a prenatal massage and as directed waited in my car for a text or a call prior to coming into the building. After waiting almost 40 minutes I finally got a call from Julia only to say in such an unprofessional way, that I am not getting a massage. No reason was given and she seemed completely out of it! I was offered another massage at any time but of course I declined! Why would I give you my business? Thanks for wasting my time.

Great place for massage therapy! They’re so good though that they book up fast so make sure to try to get appointments booked in advance as much as possible if you have a favourite RMT. If you can’t, place yourself on the cancellation list, they’re usually very good about getting you in when they have appointments available.

Online reservation system allows you for an easy booking but usually all the RMTs are booked fully into several weeks to months ahead. Nonetheless, great place where RMTs are full of knowledge and professional.

Warning that appointments will be cancelled on the day of the appointment and the only notice you will get is an email. This just happened to me and I was extremely disappointed. No answer when I called to talk to someone about it either. They don't seem to answer their phones very often. Very poor customer service.

My RMT, Sonia, works here, and I love it! The clinic is clean and small and all the staff are friendly. Sonia is an attentive, caring, punctual therapist, and I appreciate her biweekly treatments.

Forget it if you work a normal job; Will not take new patients any evening or weekends.Office is very difficult to get ahold of. No receptionist.
