Both my 5-y daughter and I had very nice experience in this office, especially for my daughter, as Dr taner is very gentle with her and always tried to cheer her up. My daughter had a nagative overbite, about which we had consulted twice at some other dental offices. They did not give us any solution but just told us to wait. This time Dr. Tanner explained to us the possible reseaons why this happened and how it will develop later, as well as solutions. Also,the recipient is very helpful,she is knowledgeable and explains very clearly about the insurance part.If you are looking for a dentist who is enthusiastic with his work and always trying to find the best solutions for his patients, you would love this office.

Especially Ashley, she always stays in touch about the procedure and the appointments.But the best thing to me: Dr. Taner is graduated from Turkey, which means he took one of the best medical educations in the world.I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone seeking dental care in Ottawa. I and my wife had a very good experience in this clinic. Staff are so supportive and friendly. They helped me fix an issue with my insurance and went beyond to book us appointments on the right time we needed. Dr Cakmak is a professional. He knows what he's doing and advises what is best for your dental health. He also made me feel so comfortable during the treatment. Clinic is new and clean and equipped with the latest technology. I was searching for a new dentist closer to my home in Kanata and came across this clinic in an ad and decided to give it a try. Dr. Taner Cakmak and his assistants were all very friendly and knowledgeable. For someone such as myself who can't open the mouth very wide and has easy gag reflex, they were very patient and accommodating. I enjoyed the clean white room atmosphere with relaxing nature video and music playing in the background.
