The restaurant recently did some redecorating which I think lends charm. The ingredients are fresh and meals high quality. The only drawback is that there are no windows. Also, there was only one waiter serving which made for a delay to be seated and for food to be plated.

Food is bland. Of the few times I've eaten here I've always been disappointed.Not to mention the staff are unprofessional. Their quality in customer service seems to depend on their mood.Go to Eataly if you're at the Manulife Center if you're craving italian.

I tried the rice ball, which was okay but not exceptional. But the pizza slice my friend tried it was so good. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Scaccia is my favourite cafe/lunch spot in the downtown core. Fabulous vegetarian options including delicious soups, veggie lasagna, and sandwiches. Great butter tarts and coffee options. Customer service is exceptional.

Chicken pasta is my favourite. The portion of chicken is very generous compared to other pasta places. Price is very reasonable given the quality and large portion size

This is one of my favourite places to get lunch/dinner take out. The three staff at the counter are really friendly and offer impeccable service. I have tried most of the menu items and the risottos, pasta, steak, and sandwiches are all excellent at a reasonable price, especially considering the quality and location. I hope to be able dine indoors at this place when it is permissible in Toronto.

Ordered the meat lasagna and a side of garlic bread, to take-out. It was very tasty! The lasagna was about 10 layers, a good amount of sauce and it was very yummy. The garlic bread was huge! It was also tasty. Buttery, garlicky.....everything you want in a loaf of garlic bread. Will definitely go there again.
