Customer service is top-notch. Truck was new and clean and you can't beat the price. There were no surprises when I returned the truck, such as hidden add ons. I would highly recommend using this company when you need a reliable, well priced truck for moving.

I have never rented a vehicle before so was very hesitant. Customer service was great, staff very friendly and efficient. I was given a nice clean vehicles and they even called to find out if there were any issues. There were no hidden fees. I will definitely use this company again if needed, and will refer to anyone that needs their service. Thank you for making the experience so streamlined and stress free.

After years of renting cars from various places and being constantly disappointed by dishonest practices that include up-selling, fuel grifts, and misrepresentation of policies, I am glad to have found (both) Enterprise locations in Peterborough. This Landsdowne branch has treated me with respect, honesty, and extreme flexibility. They go above and beyond on a regular basis. And their rates are way lower than their competitors. Keep up the good work, Enterprise.

Absolute worst business I have ever dealt with, I have reserved (Twice) a cargo van weeks in advance , and when it comes to the week of the rental they call and try to move me up to a cube van, they over booked their vans. The first time I took the cube van it cost me an extra $150 in gas extra, they reimburse me $30. The second time they tried the same thing, I said no, but then the next day they called back and said I'm stuck with a cube van but they will not charge me for a day. It would still cost me $150 extra in gas.They are incompetent, they blame the other guy but the fact is reservations mean nothing and this is the way they run their business, its fraudulent and misrepresentative, do not support this company.
