Jeff was a person that was very very professional. He answered all the questions that I had for him. Work was done professionally and did everything to code.he also laid down drop sheets down so they wouldn’t damage the wood floors. Removed all material from the premises. He also left everything like it was when he arrived. Super professional job. I would also mention that when he replaced the Air conditioner he noticed 12 cracks on the furnace heat exchanger. Northern Front Heating was recommended to me by a friend which goes a long way in my books. With my work now completed, I would definitely do the same for anyone looking for a new furnace/hot water tank.Jeff responded to my message the same day and made an appointment for an in home assessment. The assessment was completed in a timely manner during which he explained what options I had, changes that were required to meet current codes and answered all of my questions. Jeff emailed me a quote which came in under the large competitors.We set a date and time for installation and even on the day of, I received messages from Jeff letting me know he was on his way (very punctual). He protected my carpets with drop cloths, was professional and courteous during the installation. He even arranged for removal of the old tank and furnace from my property. Once the work was competed he explained the changes made from my old furnace and how the new hot water tank, furnace and thermostat functioned.As someone who is not versed in plumbing and heating I truly appreciated Jeff taking the time to answer my questions and explain not just what was to be done but also why to help me understand. Other companies that I contacted did not have the same approach making me uneasy about the process.I would 100% recommend Northern Front to anyone! Plus…. Great service. Jeff Pinette, the owner, is fantastic. He immediately came out and repaired my furnace during a very cold spell. Jeff also just installed a new a/c in my home. Jeff is efficient, knowledgeable and is great to deal with. Definitely a professional, trustworthy business.

Jeff replaced my furnace in the coldest weather very fast. His price was very reasonable, they were done in a day, and he didn't leave any mess or stuff for me to deal with. He is very responsive and even texting late at night to get me some warmth in the house! I have also now used him for some small ducting projects, and again, very good work, good price and job well done.I would definitely recommend him, and will be telling everyone to use Jeff!

My first time using Jeff. Will definitely use again and refer to others. During this heat wave, I called him with an A/C problem on a Sunday. I was booked for Tuesday morning, showed up on time, diagnosed and solved my problem in about an hour, and as far as I'm concerned for much less than the big guns. Very professional and thorough in explanation of problem and how to keep it from happening again. I am very impressed
