Such a fun store, the brand is fresh, ethically-sourced, cruelty-free, vegetarian, handmade, low-waste eco friendly style. Staff are very knowledgeable about different soaps and beauty products. My wife and daughter love the bath bombs from lush, you really can't find these quality bath bombs many other places.

Came in earlier today and was greeted with kindness as usual :) I love coming to this location and I come usually once a week to get myself a new treat hahaha, every single worker I've met is kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful!! Coming here makes my day, keep it up guys (I can't remember the names of the specific workers but every one I've met is lovely)

The Manager Leah, as well as her staff members are very knowledgeable on the subject of skincare products. They are always so polite and complimentary when you walk in to the store. I always feel welcome! Thank you for the gift bag with my favourite products!

Love the store and products, but sometimes I do want to browse things without something standing behind me watching my every move. I like to shop with headphones in as it helps my anxiety issues, and it’s sort of frustrating having to take them out every 2 minutes because the store’s model is to not let customers browse alone. I had an uncomfortable experience trying to browse bath bombs recently, the worker stood behind me with her arms crossed while leaning against their centre table, watching me look at them. Just staring. I felt like I was doing something wrong so I ended up just grabbing something and heading to the cash. I work retail, so I do respect the loss prevention aspect but the intensity of it can also be a deterrent for regular shoppers to purchase as well. Still, love the products and the people who work there are very nice and sweet.

I've been a Lush lover for years now and I'm always beyond satisfied with whatever fun treats I pick up. Exceptional staff & management, always very helpful & friendly. The atmosphere here is very welcoming/warm ambiance.

I went there for shopping last month. I was impressed by the wonderful staff and their services. Especially, I left my suitcase at the cashier, a young staff, Meaghan, chased out and gave it back to me. It was really a nice shopping experience.

We visited the store today and the staff were all so helpful and friendly. We were helped specifically by Jasmine, and her knowledge and time spent with us was amazing. We left with a bunch of new and very helpful information about the products we purchased. A great store!
