We have always appreciated the genuine help we received from all the staff at Bike Universe for every pair of boots and blades we've purchased over the years. Saskatoon is SO lucky to have these guys right here in the city, always willing to help, especially when you need a pair of skates yesterday and they rush order them in for you! The sales staff are always friendly and helpful whether you are riding a $100 bike or a $3000 one. Staff are actually knowledgeable about products and make sound recommendations. If they don't have what you are looking for they'll offer to order it in, or tell you which other bike shops carry it.My current favorite bike shop in the city.

Man. This place is AWESOME. I brought my bike in ( after calling ahead first ) with a flat tire. I was literally in and out in under 15 minutes. It was super cheap and Ted was super friendly. He even aligned my brakes for a discount! What a guy :-) Totally recommend this place.

Excellent service. Been very happy with bike repairs, they are done well, they keep me posted via phone calls or texts, and the cost is very reasonable. Also, nice selection of rare bikes.

They happily fixed my tire that blew when my husband was adding air last night. They made my day because even though they didn't know... today, August 1, is a very important biking day for me. Thank you for fixing it so quickly... Sorry I didn't get your name... But you're an angel.

The staff at Bike Universe are helpful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about bikes and accessories. I had to return a bike that I purchased because my kids seat wouldn't fit, but they were very understanding and let me return without any hassle. I will definitely return for future purchases!

Very nice and polite staff. Fixed my daughter's bike in less time than I thought and explained what was wrong. Even showed me the broken parts. Great service, good price.

Excellent, down to earth staff. Very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I managed to order some very strangely sized parts for my own 'vintage' (read: crummy) bikes there. Super considerate people, and they have student prices and great sale deals! Go there.

Amazing service and will continue to come back for all of our bike related needs as we often have problems with flat tires and the like. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions without hesitation and I'm impressed with their knowledge. Being as I had some money to spend I brought in my boyfriend's bike tire in for repair, I originally bought an axle for a 26 inch and upon further inspection realized I needed something else entirely, so I brought it back and had them look at the actual wheel, and found out the one side was cracked on the inside very badly. I opted for a brand new rim and was very happy with the results, and when I trouble installing it at home they had no problems helping me problem solve and finish installing it on my own. I also like the fact that they offered to let me keep broken wheel, and walking me through repairs, damages and costs. Love this place and highly recommend it
