Steve came to look at a toilet that, in the end, didn’t need to be repaired, and he didn’t even charge me for his time. He was also on time and professional. I would definitely recommend this company based on customer service alone!

Ever single time I go there they can’t help me! What type of plumbing and heating business does not offer a pressure tank, a pump style toilet for basements, can’t test my water even though they have a big sign in the window “Free Water Testing”, and now they don’t even carry 3/4” gas flex line!!!?I really get the sense they can’t be bothered. If it’s not a big money installation job they don’t want to be bothered.Just a terrible way to run a business.

You can not go wrong in choosing Hoffman. They have worked on plumbing at my farm on two occasions and they could not have been more professional and efficient. I'm sure that frozen pipes are not a plumbers favourite job but the fellow who worked on mine could not have been more accommodating. Great job. Thank you

My furnace wasn't coming on steadily i had 2 other companies and spent more than a thousand dollars and it still didn't work right Hoffman show up and got it running again and it only cost me labor there very knowledgeable and they actually care about the home owner thanks Va Hoffman

This business was so professional enough to replace the 1930’s cast iron toxic pipes in my apartment buildings basement, replacing it with wider plastic brand new pipes that smell more professional, and my apartment building smelt nicer, great job.
