This place is amazing. My husband and I both bought bikes here as well as one for our daughter. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have an area with tools and benches to work on your bike. My husband brought his in to fix a few things and one of the staff helped him all throughout. The prices are amazing, we found they were better than the bikes we were looking at on Kijiji!

If you want to waste your time please show up during regular business hours just to be rejected. You MUST have an appointment to buy a USED bike!! No exceptions, no empathy from this guy! As if the world does not have enough rules and bureaucracy. Very disappointed!!

Its a nice little place. They fixed my bike and didn't even ask for payment.Its a community run, seems to be run by volunteers at that. Its a bit messy so I wouldn't bring a really nice bike or anything. But, great overall.

This is my first time to go there. I forget to make appointment and it was for the lunch time, but Alex still helped me repair my bike and assembled a standing . The staffs are so kind and friendly. I will be back to buy a second hand bike for me. Recycling is really good for environment.

I wanted to change my pedals and crank and had no tools for the job. I Found this place with some research - the people were so welcoming and provided tips on doing the job. I left with an upgraded bike and made some new friends. As the city pushes cycling, this place is a gem. Thank you guys - I will back to visit.
