I would definitely recommend Basco to anyone, they are professional, reliable, and provide great service. The technician who gave us a quote was extremely professional and answered all our questions. The 2nd technician Michel who came to repair our windows, was punctual, professional and extremely efficient as well as pleasant. The Basco technician Francis just left, and he did a great job installing new window panes in my living room window. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he had the job done in less than an hour. This company was easy to do business with from beginning to end, and they were affordable. Great work!

Very disappointed in this company. Poor customer servise.They advertise on FB to get clients,do not fall for it!They ask a lot of info and you give it to them.They schedule an apointments with you-you take your time from work to meet them and than BOOM,they forgot about you!If they can not keep up with their adgenda obligations what can you really expect going further with them?!Totally unprofessional .

While the individuals who did the work were professional and pleasant to deal with, the products used are sub standard and have already failed less than a year later.They charged over 400 dollars for seals that cost 11 dollars at the hardware store. For the exorbitant price, I expected much better quality and unfortunately I will have to get the work redone.

I'm very happy with the level of service this business provided. At the beginning of the pandemic, I didn't know how I would be able to replace the glass in all my windows. This work was needed desperately and there weren't many options available. Basco was very helpful and responsive to my needs and were able to pull off the installation within the government restrictions. Nice group of people, I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Very disappointed in this company. It started off with a thermos replacement. The thermos is poor quality and it’s the only thermos in the house where water droplets accumulated due to its poor performance. Second, the caulking the technician used is not mildew resistant and full of black spots that cannot be cleaned. Third, I wanted to buy weather strips from this company to replace the old strips around my windows and they won’t sell them to me. The post sale service is also very bad. They won’t return my calls and not willing to help. I don’t recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company! We had a couple of small windows that were fogging up and needed to be replaced as well as our massive living room window. I wasn’t worried about the cost of the small ones but knew the large one would be in the thousands. Basco Calgary to the rescue! Michael was the representative who came to our house and explained options. We were thrilled that there was a process to save the large living room window. They drilled holes, cleaned between the two panes with alcohol, and then checked and rechecked that we were happy. Jan and Michael did an amazing job and were incredibly polite and very friendly. Their attention to detail and their willingness to explain the process as well as manage my expectations was much appreciated and very professional. Also impressed that if we decide to replace the window in the future (because the seal is gone R value is lowered) they will credit the cost of this service to replacing the window. If you have a window that is fogging up, Basco has the perfect solution which is painless to have done and more so… painless to the pocketbook! A quote was free and the advice was honest. Happy to share before and after photos and video of their service at our home.

The service I received was great, and the technician was very knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner.I was under the impression that the costs covered the repairing of two windows, as was told to me by customer services over the phone. I found out that it wasn't the case, and that the cost only covered one window. Basco made things right and performed the repairs on both windows for the same cost.
