My package arrived a week ago in their facility, yet no call to schedule delivery, no updates, only excuses that no driver was going to be in my area" - I live in the east end of St. John's! I ended up picking up the package myself. No apologies

The worst delivery company ever. They mix the orders and delivered the wrong order to me !! and refused to take it back and left !! I had to deliver the items to the correct address by myself !!So unprofessional.

had to award 1 star can t post without star. would like to give negative rating. On Dec. 14/18 shipped box approx. size of beer box and only 10 lbs air freight containing Christmas gifts. My mistake was not getting freight rate. I shipped on my company account. Dec. 23/18 I called to find out why it was not received. They told me they never had contact phone number (which I supplied at that time) Then on Dec. 27/18 called again to see why they had not contacted for delivery. Was told they had tried but unable to reach (they never did call) Then on Jan. 04/19 I called again still not delivered. I demanded that I stay on phone till someone from customer service contacted person I was sending to. After approx. 45 mins on phone they did contact them and told them that if they wanted the package before the weekend they would have to pick up at depot. Which they did. Normally I sent this size of package couple times a year throught Canada post air express for approx. $70.00. Someday Courier (not a typo) charged me $623.85 and special delivery of 78.75 for dropping off on the 4th which they never done.. Total Rip off and will not revisit charge. Either pay or have my account suspended. Been since Jan 04 trying to rectify. Never will use or recommend SOMEDAY again.

Said they called for pick up but did not & ran out of time to pick up package before being sent back to IKEAArranged last minute pick up with someone else's truck. Website says they close at 7pm, only to find out at 311pm that they actually close at 3pm for IKEA pick ups.
