Gillian was the perfect choice for our wedding needs. We’ve know Gillian for a long time and had seen her grow as a photographer, so when it came time to choosing our photographer we knew we wanted her for her keen eye, impeccable skills and professionalism. Gillian was with us each step of the way in deciding which memories were most important to us to capture. She delivered a full set of outstanding shots, while remaining on schedule and open-minded to fun ideas. We are very pleased with what she produced and am thankful for her presence on our extra special day.

I am so grateful that I chose Gillian as the photographer of our wedding. She is so pleasant to work with; she is personable and light-hearted, yet keeps things on track and organized. I was amazed at how well she worked under pressure while keeping a super positive and fun attitude. She was such a joy to work with. It was not even a week before we received a very large set of sneak peaks and I am completely thrilled with how they turned out! Absolutely Amazing!We got married in October 2022 and Gillian was simply amazing! From the beginning of the day to the last hour with her, Gillian was professional, friendly and engaging! From laughter to catwalks she kept us entertained and our photos are proof that we were comfortable with her!She took little to no time to provide us with some samples of our photos and we are already sooooooo impressed!To date, our guests still speak of how nice she was and they loved her! My husband and I were thrilled with Gillian and her work! What attracted us first to her photography was how beautiful, yet simple and natural the pictures looked. My husband and I are not fancy/'artsy' people and were just looking for 'normal' photographs to capture our big day. Gillian listened to what we wanted, respected our own taste, and didn't put us through any strange poses :) Gillian responded promptly to our emails and was professional and organized both before and on our wedding day. Our biggest fear was having a photographer that was 'in your face'. We didn't want someone who would get in the way of our special moments, including the ceremony, our first dance, and cutting our cake. Gillian was very careful to stand at a distance and we realized once we got the pictures back, that we forgot she was even there at some points throughout the day. Our favourite part of the wedding photography experience was taking photos before the ceremony with just my husband and I. Gillian and her assistant made it so enjoyable and easy-going, yet at the same time professional and organized and we just remember laughing throughout the pictures and having a really good time. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Gillian again (in fact, my parents did for a brunch they hosted!), and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fabulous photographer! Gillian made the whole process stress-free, came in on budget, gave us hundreds of beautiful wedding photos, and was an absolute pleasure to work with!! Thank you Gillian! We met Gillian through a mutual friend who wasn't available on the weekend of our wedding, and we're so happy the stars aligned as they did. From a casual engagement shoot with our stubborn French Bulldog, to a wedding day filled with heart-shaped sunnies and feathered dresses, Gillian found the best in us and brought it to life through some simply beautiful photography. Gillian shot our wedding this summer (2017) on Toronto Island. She did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with the photos. We wanted to have pictures that documented the entire day in a relaxed natural way, and that is exactly what we got - they were beautiful. We got tons of compliments when we shared them with our guests. She was able to get all these great shots without being intrusive -- we even forgot that she was there many times! We also really loved working with Gillian. She was incredibly professional, but always felt very personable, like a friend. In fact, out of all the people we hired/worked with for our wedding she was by far our favourite! Her quotes are very reasonable, and the quality of her work very high. I highly recommend her!

Gillian did our daughter's newborn pictures, my best friend's wedding, a mini session and a family session. Every time I have been absolutely IN LOVE with the pictures. Love and would recommend her to anyone!

A friend of mine referred us to Gillian when we were looking for a photographer for our engagement photos and I could not be happier with the experience! Gillian worked with us to figure out locations and gave us advice on outfits as we nailed down the details for the shoot. My fiance doesn't like taking photos, but Gillian was amazing at making us laugh and feel comfortable as she took pictures. We received more photos than we thought we'd be getting, and every single one is perfect. Everyone I've shared the gallery with is blown away by the pics and we've received so many compliments. I loved working with Gillian and can't wait to shoot with her again!EDIT: We had to postpone our destination wedding due to Covid, but decided to elope in Toronto on our original wedding date. We were so happy Gillian could be a part of our day. She really does go above and beyond, acting as a quasi-planner for us, suggesting locations and recommending vendors, until we were able to hire a real day-of wedding planner. Her photos are stunning and we are so in love with our elopement album. As a friend of mine said when she saw the pictures, it's like magic in a photo.
