Pet owners suffer when they can not afford to proceed with the recommended procedures due to the high cost and the uncertainty of the overall expense. They are amazing!Bring both my dogs since they we’re puppies.Staff our so nice and understandable when letting them know what’s going on with why you’re there. Also, my dog has no problems with the staff and she’s usually a little stubborn.Veterinarian is trustworthy and lets us know what’s going on without going overboard and speaking to fast.Had my dog have a surgery and they did great right away.Will be going here all the time

The doctor I had met first, Dr. Halina, is very patient, honest and recommended all the necessary diagnostics for my senior dog. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and weighs out the best solution for you. The staff and vet techs are really nice and they loved my sausage-shaped dog.However, I had not so great of an experience with another veterinarian who works here during the week. This doctor left a bad impression because she does not listen to you, talks over you and is overall very unprofessional. She had told one of her vet techs to advise me to take my dog to the emergency hospital as soon as possible with barely an explanation or notes on file to clarify the situation after she left the clinic - naturally, I panicked and was ready to take him immediately. However, I was hesitant because my dog's test results did not relay what I was being told. Not sure if this was a miscommunication on their part...Either way, very worrying and unprofessional. Fortunately enough, my girlfriend has vast experience in the veterinary industry and took my dog to see an old colleague for a second opinion. Upon examination and review of his test results, it was concluded that there were no indications of anything severely abnormal that required me to take my dog to the emergency hospital.I understand that this is a very difficult and selfless profession, but as a pet owner I do expect a certain level of professionalism when seeking medical care for my dog. To be berated by a veterinarian insisting that my dog will die with such little explanation is very overwhelming and something I do not wish upon anyone who loves their pet as much as I do. Overall, not a great experience - will not be taking my dog back.

When I took my ill cat yesterday morning to see the veterinarian, PRIOR TO talking with the veterinarian I was PRESENTED of estimated amount of $401.00 and to be added more, when I questioned all the TO BE CHARGED ITEMS I was intrigued.After the X-rays I was informed the cat must have ingested something which eventually will come out , I was given a laxative plus 2 can foods and my bill mounted and was told the cat may need a bowel movement.This is a MAJOR RIP OFF , and I will never return -

I took my cat for vaccination and neuter . Very friendly, welcoming and respectful staff. Doctor Hafiz Bhatti answered all our questions and concerns and explained things very patiently. He is a family pet doctor of my whole family(me and my elder brother’s Pet). I strongly recommend this pet hospital to everyone.

Very nice staff. They always thoroughly explain details and when I have any questions regarding break down of payment they patiently explain and help me understand. Doing some searching around I believe them to have some of the best prices in the area. As well, they do care about your pets. They reach out for follow ups and treat your pet with love and care.

Fantastic veterinary clinic. Great staff and very knowledgeable doctor. They never pressure you to purchase unnecessary products and are very helpful with my dog’s dietary needs by suggesting actual foods to add to her kibble rather than expensive vitamins. I alway leave with a very good bit of practical advice for pet care.

We've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Bhatti! We're excited to now bring our new puppy to him and his team.
