Our Goodman Furnace arrived 4 days after making the order, undamaged. I am very happy with my whole experience with this company. I was a bit nervous about ordering this, as I've never purchased anything like this online. I had my HVAC installer meet me at my house when the trucking company arrived to check my order out. Everything looked good. It is now installed and seems to be working great. I would not hesitate to order from the Furnace Store again.
