All time favorite is the hot chocolate (iced) with lots of chocolate whipped cream. The donut was also excellent. Staff is friendly and nice! The decor is nice and there is AC inside :)

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!One star for the environment. Zero star for the latte. Let's just say it was the worst latte that I ever had. Coffee was weak, more like a full cup of steamed milk. Honestly, even McDonald's taste better than theirs. Baristas were unorganize and inexperience; therefore, it took a long time for my drink. What a waste of money!

Delisious pastry. LOVED their fresh bakery section. Their fresh baked Butter croissants were crisp in the outside and soft and buttery inside.Coffee is made fresh in the house. For me was a bit strong but ehocares when there's such a delicious butter croissant on plate!!!! The empty plate is mine without croissant

Good coffee and nice selection of treats. Not sure why the donuts aren’t labelled but everything else is. No menu until you are standing right in front of the register which is ridiculous and stressful when there’s a line behind you. Staff seemed a little new/untrained. Price ok. $6 for donut and coffee. Nice decor but too much stool seating.

Coffee was average at best, but the croissant was very good. Menu is hard to see until you’re at the register and then they’re rushing you to order. Most importantly, what kind of world are we living in where a coffee and a croissant costs $10!? Sus.

A good place, without anything special. They use the same bakary supplier as other places (but good), you won't find anything different either. A reduced menu of coffee drinks, but the ones they offer are very good in flavor and aroma.Staff with friendly attention, I did not appreciate problems as read in other comments.

Lots of space. A bit loud for working. Nice that there are sofas around and a bit more cozy atmosphere for having private chats. Bring back women’s only washroom. Women need clean and safe bathroom’s. Thanks

Very nice location with bright open areas. Super clean and great selection of donuts and baked goods. We did go earlier in the day so be aware if you go later! The seating arrangements are bigger than most other jj Bean locations. Will definitely be back.
