Furnace broke down. Called. Had a Tech over within 2 hours. Diagnosis was tricky but tech was thorough and took his time. Part was ordered next day, and although I worried about weekend and Covid delays they had the part the following day. Tech again arrived on time, completed the install, and troubleshooted lingering issues that remained unresolved without any additional charges. Exemplary service, and peace of mind. Will be contacting them to do my duct cleaning this spring.

We had Moe come and perform the duct cleaning as we just took pocession of our house in fall and has never been done.He did arrive an hour later but did call beforehand to let me know and still performed everything within 2 hours short handed. He provided before and after photos and cleaned up areas of work as well.Gave us airvents for whole cost and being pregnant that saves me a trip to the store which was nice!I was still able to work from home with our dog and have the great service provided! Thanks Moe! We will use you again for the next required cleaning!

Booked after referral from a friend. First cancellation was my fault because I booked them on the same day as the painters. Called ahead and rescheduled for 1 week later on a Friday.Received a call on the day of the cleaning service on Friday that they wont be able to do it and rescheduled it for Tuesday. On Tuesday I call them 10 mins before their window to show up and am told that they had me down for Wednesday. Really unprofessional.

With no success on their first visit, a second crew came the 2nd time and went to great lengths to clear the dryer duct vent. I recommend them to anyone with dryer vent problems. The crew conducted themselves politely and professionally.

Duct cleaning Amazing job!!! Very friendly guys! I liked the before and after photos felt like it’s worth to do. I feel now the vent suppling the house with fresh clean air. I’ll do it after 3 years as they did recommend!

Registers and cold air returns were not covered before blowing compressed air down vents. This resulted in a decent layer of construction dust in the house, and me chewing on it while I cleaned up the mess that was made.Certain cold air returns still had pockets of construction debris they missed. A couple of basement registers were missed and not blown out, despite them reassuring me they were all taken care of. So after having paid 250 plus tax I also had to do some extra vacuuming in a couple of returns. To their credit the owner did offer to come back and clean up any remaining debris, but based on the initial visit I figured it wasn't worth the hassle.Not all duct cleaning services are the same. Make sure you do your research, ask a lot of questions, and know exactly what you're paying for.
