I purchased a dress there yesterday and this morning I went to adjust the straps and one of them literally fell apart. I didn’t even have it on my body yet and it’s was already coming apart. I have my recipe and didn’t even have the thong on yet and they wouldn’t fix it for me, exchange, or even give me some of my money back considering it was $70.00 and it’s garbage now. Super disappointed as I used to recommend them to evey women I know and will be updating eveyone about the tarrible quality in products and awful customer service.

The staff here are amazing. Super friendly. They are always helpful and know their stuff. My GF loves the mystery bags that they have, and they're of great value. You always get your money's worth out of them. The selection of of everything is great.

Need to work on their customer service skills....i wanted to see a black pair of pleaser heel shoes and she just says they are expensive instead of showing my the shoe I asked to see and telling me the price or size I would have bought them but she was so unwilling to help me..her vibes are so off putting sorry

The staff was great and very helpful. The suprise bags are an amazing deal especially if andy don't know exactly what you want the selection of lingerie is huge compared to other stores.
