SmartStop Self Storage

It’s my first time resting a unit with you guys and I went to the Toronto location. I must say, Melisa and Selena were very helpful! I will for sure come back to this location!

We looked at a bunch of different storage places and this was the cleanest and most convenient.The loading bay is great, lots of space.Best highlight of the place is Melisa! She's so helpful, kind and explained everything to us with a huge smile. Highly recommend!

I came to complete my storage payment and first time move in during lunch break. Rahul, the staff, was having his lunch break but he didn’t show any negative emotions. He was professional, patient and helpful throughout the time. Overall had a great experience

We were assisted by Melissa at reception and over the phone when booking our unit, and she is simply fantastic, going above and beyond to make sure we got the lowest rate before finalizing our contract. She was very helpful, kind and patient while we did our research and took some time to find the storage solution that worked for us. Ultimately we went with Smartstop due to the convenient location, cleanliness, climate control and security, and the truly excellent customer service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality storage space at competitive prices.Overall very happy with this facility so far! Very clean, accessible and easy to navigate. Convenient covered parking for loading in/out, with plenty of space in the elevator and always enough carts/trolleys available.

I was extremely pleased with SmartStop Self Storage. Their facility was always clean, organized and well lit every time I visited. The staff was also extremely friendly— from the time I set up, to my final check out. Melissa at the desk went out of her way to help with my account as well. When it comes time to move again, even if I don’t use an actual unit, I would still go to SmartStop just to buy my packing supplies. Would highly recommend to anybody in need of storage.

I wanted to see the unit before I signed up- Melissa and Alpha were happy to take me up and show me, as well as answer any questions. When I asked about price increases, they were up front and indicated it would be every 6-7 months.The sign up is quick, the building is clean and feels much more modern and secure than some other local places.Very pleased with them so far!

We’ve been using this storage for some odd 5 years now and today was finally the day we move out. Definitely clean. Reasonably priced for the most part. The staff makes the experience great. Specially Melisa. We’ll miss this place.

No stranger to storage issues, i found Smart Stop the most efficient, centrally located, easy to navigate, properly temperature controlled and so so clean. If you have concerns about what you are storing., this is by far one of the best places. My thanks too to Melisa at the Dupont street office!

Had a great experience renting a storage locker today. From Wendy in the call centre, who helped us with our reservation to Melisa, the store manager who gave us some of the best customer service in the city. Melisa took the time to give us a tour of the Dupont facility while showing us to our locker. She really made us feel comfortable and secure in our decision to use SmartStop Self Storage. Definitely recommend!!

Melisa is an absolute gem! She’s so friendly, kind, and remarkably helpful.She helped me get my movers in on time before setting up me up at the desk. The process was so smooth. I highly recommend!
